Job description
Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our international voice process team at our Bangalore locations. The role involves managing both inbound and outbound calls from global customers, delivering exceptional service, and adeptly resolving their inquiries with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing incoming and outgoing calls with international clients.
- Providing outstanding customer support and promptly addressing their queries.
- Effectively communicating in English to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Adhering to professional standards for call handling and service quality.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong English verbal communication skills to interact confidently with overseas customers.
- Good interpersonal abilities combined with effective problem-solving aptitude.
- Open to both fresh graduates and candidates with prior experience in similar roles.
- Availability to work flexible rotational shifts, including night timings.
Additional Information
Salary range is between ₹4,00,000 to ₹7,00,000 per annum. The position is based in various locations across Bangalore.
