Benda Infotech invites driven and cooperative candidates to join as Customer Care Executives specializing in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Marketing. This role involves connecting with potential candidates, managing recruitment workflows, and assisting in strategic talent sourcing.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate job details effectively to candidates.
• Source qualified candidates using multiple US-based job portals.
• Support candidates in interview readiness and preparation.
• Maintain and accurately update applicant information records.
• Efficiently monitor the progress and status of applications.
• Compose professional written and email communications for several contexts.
• Actively attract and engage potential clients and candidates.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Human Resource Management, Computer Science, or related technical field.
• Ability to quickly adapt and work independently in dynamic environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Exposure to various recruitment job portals is advantageous.

Additional Job Details

• Shift Timings: Night shift from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
• Language: Fluency in English required.
• Joining: Immediate start.
