Utility Hub India LLP is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their international voice process team based in Kolkata. Our office is located at DN - 52, 601, P S Srijan Tech Park, DN Block, Sector V, Bidhannagar, Kolkata, West Bengal 700091.

Role Overview

As part of our dynamic international campaign, each call presents a chance to connect and convert. The position involves engaging with international clients through outbound calls to promote products and services while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to international customers to promote products and services effectively.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor contributing to overall team success.

Requirements

• Strong English communication and active listening skills.
• Experience in international voice processes or sales preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Motivated and goal-oriented with a confident and persuasive communication style.
• Availability to work morning shifts (06:30 AM to 03:00 PM or 07:00 AM to 03:30 PM).
