International Voice Process Agent

About the Role

We are searching for a confident and energetic International Tele Sales Executive to become a key part of our team. The candidate must possess remarkable communication abilities and confidently manage both inbound and outbound international calls in a professional manner.

Primary Duties

• Efficiently manage inbound and outbound international phone calls.
• Clearly convey product information, offers, and services to customers.
• Identify and understand clients' requirements to offer the best possible solutions.
• Keep precise records of all customer interactions and follow-up actions.
• Strive to achieve and surpass sales targets and other established performance criteria.
• Provide outstanding customer service while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor throughout.

Candidate Requirements

• Fluent English communication; any accent is acceptable.
• Strong persuasive communication skills.
• Preferably 6 months to 1 year experience in international voice processes; however, freshers with excellent English proficiency are welcome.
• Availability to work night shifts from 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
