Role Overview
The International Sales Development Representative role is a full-time, on-premises position located in Ghaziabad. The core responsibility is to identify and validate international sales prospects, develop leads, and maintain a robust pipeline of potential customers in designated territories. Daily tasks include researching targeted markets, initiating contact with prospective clients by calls, emails, and digital platforms, and arranging meetings or demonstrations for the sales team. The SDR collaborates with sales and business development teams to assist in pricing negotiations, prepare fundamental sales collateral, and keep detailed CRM records. Additionally, the role requires gathering market intelligence, tracking competitor strategies, and working closely with internal departments to cater to customer requirements and optimize sales workflows.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in inside sales and lead generation targeting international markets.
- Experience managing sales pipelines and fostering client relationships in sales or business development contexts.
- Strong command of both written and verbal communication appropriate for engaging global clientele.
- Competency with CRM systems, sales productivity software, and consistent data management practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related discipline is preferred.
- Previous exposure to international sales, export activities, or the food/FMCG industry is beneficial.
- Excellent analytical thinking, organizational skills, and ability to manage time effectively while targeting sales goals.
- Preparedness to work on-site in Ghaziabad and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Minimum education
Bachelor's Degree
