International E-commerce Voice Associate - Kolkata

About the Role

Teleperformance India is seeking motivated and customer-oriented individuals for the International E-commerce Voice Associate position based in Kolkata, Salt Lake Sector V. Both freshers and experienced candidates with strong English proficiency are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities and Work Schedule

• Engage with international e-commerce customers via voice communication
• Work on rotational shifts primarily covering evening, night, and graveyard hours
• Adhere to a 5-day workweek with 2 rotational weekly offs
• Shift timings range from 4:00 PM to 10:30 AM

Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification of 12th grade completion
• Applicants can be freshers or have prior experience
• Strong command of English communication skills
• Immediate joining availability is preferred
• No planned leave for the subsequent 90 days post joining

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly CTC: ₹27,100
• Take-home salary approximately ₹22,300 per month
• Statutory bonus: ₹2,800
• Entitled to EPFO and ESIC benefits ensuring statutory compliance

Selection Process

• Initial HR interview
• Typing assessment conducted on desktop/computer
• Managerial round featuring in-office language evaluation
