Job Overview

We are currently seeking motivated and customer-oriented professionals to join our team as International Voice Process Associates. This role involves managing voice communications with international customers, understanding their concerns, delivering accurate resolutions, and ensuring excellent customer support experiences.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass or any graduate degree
• Open to both freshers and individuals with prior experience
• Proficiency in English communication is essential
• Work location is onsite in Bengaluru, Karnataka

Work Schedule & Facilities

• Five-day workweek with two rotational weekly offs
• 24/7 rotational shift system
• Two-way company-provided cab transportation

Compensation & Benefits
