Role Overview

This position within the Warwick branch focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and sales support to those in the electrical trade. The role blends customer interaction, sales administration, supplier relationship management, and storeroom operations, offering a comprehensive experience in electrical wholesaling.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver solutions and an inspiring in-store experience to customers.
• Handle administrative duties including managing sales orders, quotations, and customer projects.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships to protect profit margins.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and conduct follow-up communications.
• Maintain an organized and efficient storeroom and contribute to the branch's overall presentation.
• Perform loading and unloading of deliveries, order picking, packing, dispatching, goods receipt, inventory tracking, and stocktaking.
• Adhere to all road safety laws and practice safe driving habits.
• Promote and uphold a robust safety culture within the workplace.

Qualifications and Experience

• Must hold a current and valid Australian driver's license.
• Strong attention to detail is essential; prior experience in stores or warehousing is advantageous.
• Forklift license is desirable but not mandatory.
• Motivated, positive attitude with a willingness to become knowledgeable in the field.
• Ability and enthusiasm for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
• Experience in electrical wholesaling, trade, or building and construction industries is highly preferred; if lacking, product training will be provided.
