Internal Audit and MIS Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute comprehensive internal audit programs addressing financial, operational, and compliance risks.
• Assess processes related to inventory control, supply chain, procurement, and waste management tailored to the food industry.
• Identify weaknesses in internal controls, operational inefficiencies, and potential revenue losses, recommending appropriate remedial measures.
• Ensure strict compliance with financial statutory requirements and food sector regulatory standards.

MIS Reporting and Data Analysis

• Create and deliver precise Management Information System reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Provide senior management, especially the Managing Director, with clear financial summaries and insightful data analysis.
• Support budgeting processes, including preparation, forecasting, and evaluating cost-benefit scenarios.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess between four to five years of internal auditing and MIS reporting experience, ideally within food, retail, or FMCG sectors.
• Hold a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting; an MBA with a Finance specialization is advantageous.
• Demonstrate advanced skills in MS Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros, along with experience in ERP and accounting software like Tally or SAP.
• Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
