Interior Stylist

About the Role

The Purple Turtles is seeking a talented Interior Stylist to enhance the shopping experience by attracting customer attention and boosting sales. This role focuses on turning casual visitors into potential buyers, strengthening brand presence, and maximizing profitability through creative interior styling.

Primary Duties

• Develop and execute a cohesive and innovative interior styling plan.
• Ensure consistent styling standards across all retail locations.
• Design captivating merchandise displays that encourage customers to explore the entire store space.
• Create engaging window displays, signage, interior layouts, floor plans, and promotional setups.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team for in-store communications and event coordination.
• Align all design work with the company’s culture, brand image, product range, and target audience.
• Supervise display production and guide staff on display arrangements.
• Update displays regularly to feature new product launches or seasonal/holiday themes.
• Conduct research on lifestyle trends, demographic preferences, and emerging design innovations.
• Identify and source new product options to enhance store offerings.
• Participate in product selection based on requirements from multiple store and warehouse visits.
• Work closely with merchandising and store teams to improve merchandise availability and information exchange.
• Style products for photoshoots as required.

Additional Details

The position is located in Bangalore and preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately.
