Job description
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Interior Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site operations in Pune. The role involves managing on-site activities, ensuring work aligns with approved plans, and coordinating multiple teams to maintain quality and timely project delivery.
Core Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site work and manage labor force to maintain workflow.
- Carry out tasks according to approved drawings, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and technical specifications.
- Collaborate effectively with carpenters, contractors, vendors, and other site personnel.
- Verify site measurements accurately before executing any work.
- Oversee furniture installation ensuring alignment, finishing, and overall quality standards are met.
- Supervise site materials, storage logistics, and minimize waste.
- Monitor project progress closely to achieve on-schedule completion.
- Communicate site challenges, material needs, and delays promptly to the office management.
- Liaise with clients daily to address site requirements and updates.
- Ensure strict adherence to site safety protocols, cleanliness, and discipline.
- Compile daily progress reports supported by site photographs.
- Create and finalize snag lists before handing over completed projects.
Compensation
Monthly salary ranging from 25000 to 32000 INR.
