Interior Site Supervisor

Role Overview

We are seeking a conscientious and detail-focused Interior Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate our ongoing projects including interiors, painting, modular furniture, and renovations. This role involves frequent site visits to monitor labour, materials, workmanship, and timelines, alongside daily reporting to management.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine visits to monitor the progress of assigned sites.
• Maintain records of labour attendance and assess productivity levels.
• Inspect the quality of materials used and workmanship delivered.
• Keep track of project deadlines and identify any pending tasks.
• Communicate effectively with labourers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Detect and report any site-related issues or delays.
• Provide daily updates to management, including photographic and video documentation.

Requirements

• Willingness and comfort with travelling to multiple project sites.
• Possession of a two-wheeler is preferred for ease of commute.

Additional Information

The main responsibility of this position is to monitor site activities, coordinate with various stakeholders, and report progress to keep projects on schedule.
