Interior Site Supervisor

Job Overview

We are seeking an Interior Site Supervisor to oversee and manage day-to-day activities at interior construction sites. This role involves ensuring that the execution aligns with approved plans and quality benchmarks, while coordinating effectively with various trade professionals and vendors to maintain project timelines and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations on the interior site to ensure smooth progress.
• Ensure that work execution strictly follows the approved drawings, designs, and quality parameters.
• Coordinate with carpentry, electrical, plumbing personnel, as well as vendors and contractors.
• Verify measurements, material quality, finishes, and workmanship standards.
• Track project advancement and guarantee timely completion of tasks.
• Identify any site-related challenges and find appropriate solutions promptly.
• Maintain comprehensive daily site reports and liaise with project and design teams.
• Ensure efficient use of materials, uphold site discipline, and promote safety compliance.

Candidate Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of proven experience in interior site supervision.
• Strong understanding of interior execution processes and finishing works.
• Ability to interpret AutoCAD and working drawings effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate with contractors and vendors.
• Well-versed in carpentry, electrical works, false ceiling installation, flooring, painting, and other interior-related tasks.
• Capability to manage site activities efficiently and adhere to project deadlines.
