Interior Site Supervisor

About the Role

Camara Interiors is seeking a driven and eager Interior Site Supervisor to join their interior fit-out team. This role involves assisting in overseeing on-site interior works, coordinating with various contractors, and ensuring projects meet quality standards and timelines. It is a perfect fit for recent graduates aspiring to develop a career in interior execution and project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising daily interior fit-out activities across project locations.
• Track progress of work and consistently update the Project Manager.
• Ensure all tasks align with approved blueprints and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and skilled labor to enable smooth execution on site.
• Inspect incoming materials and maintain detailed inventory logs.
• Support the maintenance of quality standards in carpentry, painting, gypsum, flooring, electrical, plumbing, and finishing.
• Prepare daily progress reports and manage site documentation.
• Identify and communicate site challenges or delays to senior management.
• Enforce safety protocols and uphold cleanliness on the worksite.
• Assist during project handover by helping with snagging and fixing defects.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Previous internship or training experience with interior projects is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of interior fit-out procedures and construction drawings.
• Willingness to work hands-on at project sites and eagerness to learn.
• Good communication and strong coordination capabilities.
• Keen attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude.
• Familiarity with MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.
• Ability to work well within teams and manage time effectively.
