Interior Site Supervisor

About the Role

We are looking for an Interior Site Supervisor based in Bangalore, Karnataka, responsible for overseeing interior project execution across the state. The position is full-time, offering a monthly salary between ₹18,000 and ₹22,000, inclusive of travel allowance.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all site activities related to interior execution projects, including residential and commercial spaces.
• Interpret and understand working drawings to ensure accurate project implementation.
• Conduct site measurements, review Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and manage material verification.
• Work closely with carpenters, electricians, false-ceiling installers, painters, flooring personnel, and other tradespeople.
• Ensure quality control throughout the project lifespan and monitor progress adhering to timelines.
• Maintain regular and daily reports and updates regarding site status and progress.
• Liaise with labour and vendors effectively to facilitate smooth project flow.
• Travel extensively across Karnataka to various project locations as required.

Candidate Requirements

• Hands-on experience of 1 to 2 years in interior site supervision or execution roles.
• Familiarity with residential and/or commercial interior projects.
• Ability to read and comprehend technical working drawings.
• Understanding of site measurements and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Basic working knowledge of AutoCAD or SketchUp is advantageous.
• Possession of a valid driving license and ability to operate a two-wheeler preferred.
• Strong communication skills and practical approach towards site management.
• Comfortable with frequent travel within Karnataka based on project needs.

The role focuses on practical site execution and day-to-day supervision rather than theoretical or purely design-based experience. The candidate needs to be responsible and adaptable to handle all operational aspects of site management.
