Job description
Overview of Position
Hemkunt Interior Solutions is looking for a dedicated and detail-focused Interior Site Supervisor, also known as Site Engineer or Site Coordinator, to be part of our execution team across locations in India. This full-time role involves managing and supervising interior fit-out projects to ensure they are completed smoothly, on schedule, and uphold high quality standards. Candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience, including freshers with relevant diplomas or degrees, are welcome to apply.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage daily on-site activities and oversee the work of both skilled and unskilled workers, such as carpenters, painters, electricians, and masons involved in interior fit-out tasks.
- Maintain strict quality control by ensuring all work adheres to the approved interior design plans and specifications.
- Interpret architectural and interior technical drawings accurately and report any inconsistencies or issues to the Project Manager promptly.
Remuneration and Benefits
The monthly salary ranges from ₹10,000 to ₹30,000, based on experience and interview performance. Additional benefits include mobile reimbursement, travel allowance, and diet allowance, all provided according to company policies.
