Interior Project Supervisor

About the Role

Ghar Angan Interiors Contractor Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a seasoned and energetic Senior Project Manager to spearhead all company projects encompassing interior, exterior, and civil construction works along with complete project execution. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in project management, Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation, AutoCAD, drawing interpretation, billing, and possess specialized knowledge in furniture and fit-out components.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage comprehensive project execution involving civil, interior, and exterior works from start to finish.
• Prepare detailed BOQs and perform precise cost estimations for projects.
• Interpret AutoCAD and design drawings accurately for implementation onsite.
• Oversee furniture and fit-out items installation ensuring material quality and finish.
• Liaise effectively with clients, vendors, contractors, and onsite teams to meet project objectives.
• Maintain adherence to quality standards and safety regulations throughout project durations.
• Lead onsite teams, supervisors, and contractors to ensure smooth project operations.
• Resolve onsite challenges swiftly through strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Handle diverse interior, exterior, and civil projects including hotel, hospital, residential, and corporate sectors.
• Be prepared to relocate as necessary and undertake frequent travel for project supervision.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 3 to 10 years of relevant experience in project management within interior, exterior, and civil construction domains.
• Competency in BOQ preparation and project cost estimation.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and capable of drawing interpretation.
• Strong understanding of furniture materials, installation processes, and finishing techniques.
• Excellent coordination abilities with clients and vendors.
• Leadership skills to effectively manage onsite teams and ensure quality and safety compliance.

Additional Information

• Work Location: Office and multiple project sites mainly in Jaipur, Rajasthan, and other locations beyond Rajasthan as required.
• Salary Range: ₹35,000 to ₹99,000 per month inclusive of all benefits or negotiable based on interview performance.
• Position demands readiness to relocate and travel extensively.
