Interior Project Supervisor

Job Overview

We are looking for an Interior Site Project Supervisor experienced in overseeing interior fit-out projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating projects, supervising on-site work, and ensuring that activities align with approved designs, quality expectations, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily activities on interior fit-out sites.
• Supervise tasks related to electrical, plumbing, carpentry, fabrication, and finishing works.
• Verify that all work complies with design drawings, technical specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Manage project schedules and monitor progress to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with designers, contractors, suppliers, and client representatives effectively.
• Maintain daily site reports documenting work progress, material usage, and labor deployment.
• Inspect material quality and ensure correct handling and installation procedures.
• Identify potential site issues and resolve them proactively.
• Maintain cleanliness and enforce safety practices at the work site.

Qualifications and Skills

• At least one year of experience in supervising interior projects.
• Familiarity with interior fit-out trades including electrical, plumbing, fabrication, and carpentry.
• Ability to interpret AutoCAD drawings and design layouts.
• Strong project coordination and on-site management capabilities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Good communication abilities and skills in managing teams.
• Basic understanding of safety procedures.

Education

Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related fields preferred. ITI certification related to the work is an advantage.

Work Conditions

This is a full-time, on-site position with day shifts. The candidate should be willing to travel to project locations as necessary.
