Interior Designer

Role Overview

Effective Span Design seeks a skilled Interior Designer with at least two years of expertise to independently oversee interior design projects from initial concept through final implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead interior design projects autonomously from inception to completion.
• Create design concepts, develop detailed layouts, and prepare working drawings.
• Conduct regular site visits and coordinate effectively with contractors, suppliers, and laborers.
• Supervise site execution ensuring adherence to approved designs and specifications.
• Accurately measure spaces and generate precise drawings and layouts.
• Manage coordination of materials, finishes, furnishings, and related design elements.
• Independently identify challenges at the site and implement solutions.
• Ensure timely project delivery that meets quality standards.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, providing frequent project status updates.

Required Expertise

• At least two years of professional experience in the interior design field.
• Solid capabilities in site management and project execution.
• Proven ability to manage projects autonomously with accountability.
• Skilled in AutoCAD and SketchUp software tools.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and construction methodologies.
• Effective communication and coordination abilities.
• Capability to handle multiple assignments and adhere to deadlines.
