Interior Designer

Overview

Ochrehive Private Limited seeks a skilled Interior Architect / Interior Designer to join their team in Thunganagar, Byadarahalli, Bengaluru. This full-time role is open to candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience who are capable of designing and executing interior projects for residential and commercial spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce detailed 2D drawings including architectural plans, floor plans, elevations, and electrical and plumbing layouts.
• Create 3D models and photorealistic renderings using suitable software for various projects.
• Compile Bill of Quantities (BOQ), material lists, and detailed production specifications.
• Collaborate closely with site supervisors, carpenters, contractors, and suppliers to ensure the built environment corresponds to the design intent.
• Perform site visits to take measurements and oversee quality standards.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp with V-Ray or Enscape, 3ds Max, and Photoshop.
• Comprehensive knowledge of interior finishes, modular furniture, and joinery construction details.
• Effective communication skills and capacity to supervise on-site project implementation.
• Submission of a portfolio is mandatory during the interview process.
