We are seeking a skilled and driven Interior Designer who can independently oversee projects, manage client interactions, generate new business leads, and supervise the design and implementation processes.

Job Overview

The selected Interior Designer will handle interior design projects comprehensively, from identifying potential clients and consulting with them to designing, executing, and completing projects. Candidates should have a strong design background, excellent client communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with suppliers and onsite teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively generate leads and identify potential clients in interior design.
• Manage client inquiries, conduct consultations, deliver presentations, and maintain consistent follow-up communication.
• Comprehend clients' requirements, preferences, budgets, and expectations for projects.
• Create innovative and practical interior design concepts.
• Develop layouts, technical drawings, 3D models, and client presentations.
• Supervise interior design projects from concept through to final delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, contractors, and the onsite team.
• Oversee site execution to ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Manage project timelines, materials procurement, budgets, and deliverables.
• Conduct frequent site inspections to address any design or implementation challenges.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards and are completed on schedule.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support business growth.
• Guide junior designers and coordinate project team activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline.
• Certification in Interior Designing is advantageous.
• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in interior design projects.
• Proficient with design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3Ds Max.
• Deep knowledge of interior materials, furniture, finishes, and construction processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Strong capability in project management and team coordination.
• Creative mindset with close attention to detail and solutions-oriented approach.
• Ability to effectively handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
