Interior Designer

About the Role

Woodonz seeks a talented and detail-focused Interior Designer to join their creative team. This role entails designing spaces that are functional, visually appealing, practical, and mindful of budget constraints from initial concept through to final execution. The candidate will interact with clients, vendors, and oversee on-site work to ensure flawless delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural and interior concepts along with layouts and efficient space-planning solutions.
• Create precise 2D and 3D drawings, presentations, and detailed designs using relevant design tools.
• Formulate design concepts prioritizing utility, aesthetics, budget, materials, and execution criteria.
• Source and select appropriate materials, finishes, fixtures, working with vendors for procurement.
• Manage coordination with vendors, contractors, fabricators, and other involved parties to ensure smooth project flow.
• Conduct regular site inspections and supervise to confirm adherence to approved design plans and specifications.
• Engage with clients to fully comprehend their requirements, style inclinations, design goals, and project scope.
• Assess site conditions and measurements, suggesting and communicating any necessary design or technical modifications.

Requirements

• Diploma or Graduation in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields.
• 2 to 3 years of professional experience in interior design and project execution.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max or equivalent interior design software.
• Comprehensive understanding of interior design principles, detailing, space planning, materials, and execution processes.
• Good knowledge of stone, marble, and finishing materials.
• Adept at interpreting drawings and collaborating efficiently with vendors and site teams.
• Strong skills in communication, coordination, problem-solving, and time management.
• Capable of maintaining high design quality and accuracy while meeting project deadlines.
