Interior Architect

Role Overview

Studio Vee is currently on the lookout for a skilled and meticulous Interior Architect to be part of our team, focusing on various interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Comprehend client needs to craft innovative, practical, and budget-friendly interior design solutions.
• Create interior fit-out drawings, shop drawings, and precise construction plans.
• Design technical details related to ceilings, partitions, flooring, joinery, and finishing materials.
• Collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, MEP teams, procurement, project management, and onsite personnel.
• Conduct thorough reviews of drawings and material submissions, perform site inspections, and resolve any design or implementation problems.
• Maintain drawing accuracy, manage revision controls, and ensure timely delivery of project documents.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture.
• Between 4 and 7 years of experience in related roles, ideally in interior fit-out contracting.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, creating shop drawings, technical detailing, and preparing construction documentation.
• Solid understanding of materials, finishes, fit-out construction techniques, and coordination with MEP systems.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines.
