Integration Developer - Oracle Fusion PLM

Role Summary

We are looking for a proficient Integration Developer specialized in Dell Boomi to contribute to an Oracle Fusion PLM implementation initiative. The role encompasses designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between Oracle Fusion PLM and other enterprise applications to facilitate efficient data flow, automate business processes, and ensure smooth system interoperability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Dell Boomi AtomSphere integrations tailored for Oracle Fusion PLM.
• Build and manage both real-time and batch integration workflows connecting Oracle Fusion PLM with various upstream and downstream systems such as ERP, MES, SCM, legacy platforms, and third-party services.
• Create Boomi process components including connectors, profiles, maps, orchestration processes, and robust error handling routines.
• Configure and oversee Boomi deployment environments including Atoms, Molecules, and Atom Clouds.
• Leverage REST and SOAP web services, file transfer protocols, and messaging queues to build comprehensive integration solutions.
• Work closely with Oracle Fusion PLM functional and technical experts to gather and analyze integration requirements aligned with business objectives.
• Perform comprehensive data mapping, transformation, validation, and enrichment operations across systems.
• Adopt security best practices such as authentication, authorization, encryption, and secure connections within integrations.
• Conduct thorough unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and support user acceptance testing (UAT) phases.
• Diagnose and resolve integration faults, address performance issues and production defects efficiently.
• Prepare detailed technical design documents, integration specifications, and deployment guides.
• Assist in deployment activities and provide ongoing post-deployment support.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience using Dell Boomi AtomSphere.
• Proven expertise integrating Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions, especially Oracle Fusion PLM.
• Strong proficiency with RESTful and SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, XSD, and WSDL standards.
• Knowledge of different integration strategies including synchronous, asynchronous, publish-subscribe, and point-to-point models.
• Solid understanding of data transformation, mapping, and validation techniques.
• Experience managing error handling, logging, and monitoring within Boomi environments.
• Familiarity with security protocols such as OAuth, basic authentication, certificate management, and secure connectivity.
• Experience handling file-based integrations using FTP/SFTP and scheduling tasks.
• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum methodologies, and DevOps principles.
• Business and domain knowledge related to PLM processes like item management, bills of materials, change management, and product lifecycle data management.
• Exposure to manufacturing, engineering, or supply chain systems is advantageous.

Desirable Skills
