Job description
Role Overview
The Integration Developer will focus on CPMP integration and API engineering, ensuring deliverables comply with Ross governance, architecture, privacy, security, quality, and release protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop integrations linking CPMP with systems such as Epsilon, Snowflake, Marketing Hub, Bread Financial, POS, and other authorized platforms.
- Handle data mappings, transformations, authentication processes, routing, retry logic, exception handling, logging, and system monitoring.
- Implement identity lookup and synchronization of consent and preferences.
- Design idempotency and reconciliation solutions.
- Utilize out-of-the-box connectors when appropriate and employ MuleSoft for orchestration or bespoke integrations.
- Create both real-time and batch interface solutions as needed.
- Develop and execute tests; support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), performance testing, deployment, and production stability activities.
- Maintain detailed interface documentation including specifications, mapping documents, runbooks, and support materials.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 5 years in integration development roles.
- Proficiency with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform is strongly preferred.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML, OAuth and other security protocols, and integrations involving enterprise SaaS systems.
Preferred Background
- Prior experience in sectors like retail, consumer goods, loyalty programs, marketing, customer data management, privacy, or regulated enterprise fields.
- Exposure to multi-vendor projects involving collaboration with client teams and third-party platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and structured enterprise governance frameworks.
Deliverables and Success Factors
- Achieve role-specific goals aligned with predefined acceptance criteria and project phase gates.
- Identify, document, and communicate risks, dependencies, assumptions, and decisions in a timely manner.
- Produce comprehensive evidence and documentation necessary for testing, audits, release processes, and operational handover.
- Convey knowledge effectively to Ross and Wipro operational teams.
- Adhere to on-time delivery, maintain quality, ensure compliance with Ross standards, and swiftly resolve any obstacles.
- Ensure documentation clarity, traceability, and audit readiness.
- Collaborate efficiently with teams across Wipro, Ross, and involved third parties.
Key Collaborations
- Interact with Ross stakeholders in business, privacy, marketing, technology, data, security, and program management.
- Coordinate with Wipro leadership including the Delivery Head, Engagement Lead, Program Manager, Solution Architects, and engineering teams.
- Liaise with external platform teams such as Epsilon and OneTrust/Ketch support or product groups as applicable.
Governance and Working Practices
- Participate actively in daily stand-ups, sprint ceremonies, weekly delivery governance sessions, and phase-gate reviews.
- Comply with Ross and Wipro protocols for security, privacy, access, confidentiality, and delivery standards.
- Ensure all role-specific documentation and operational evidence are up to date.
- Report any blockers or challenges through the official Wipro-Ross escalation mechanisms.
