Key Responsibilities

• Install diverse insulation materials, such as fiberglass batt, loose fill blown insulation, spray foam, sealants, and vapor barriers.
• Interpret work orders accurately and handle loading and unloading of materials responsibly.
• Use ladders and scaffolding safely according to job requirements.
• Operate vehicles and equipment with a safety-first approach.
• Deliver superior quality work while adhering to schedules and deadlines.
• Comply with OSHA standards and company safety policies at all times.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a positive mindset, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn.
• Hold a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Be physically able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Be comfortable climbing ladders and scaffolding when necessary.
• Possess basic math skills.
• Be familiar with and capable of using hand tools.
• Maintain punctuality daily.
• Prior construction experience is advantageous.

Compensation

This role offers an hourly wage ranging from $20 to $30.
