Job Overview
This role involves setting up and activating broadband and fiber optic internet connections at client premises, ensuring optimal service quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute installation and commissioning of broadband and fiber internet services at customer locations.
- Carry out regular servicing and preventive maintenance tasks for broadband and fiber connections.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical problems related to network connectivity and broadband performance.
- Maintain high standards in installation quality and deliver outstanding customer support.
- Meet daily targets for installation and maintenance while following safety protocols and maintaining quality.
- Document service activities and update job completion statuses in line with company procedures.
