About the Role
Join a prominent law firm's Insolvency & Restructuring department based in Dublin. This position provides direct involvement in a wide spectrum of activities including corporate and personal insolvency, restructuring procedures, enforcement issues, as well as contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters. The role also encompasses commercial litigation and dispute resolution assignments.
Responsibilities
- Manage corporate and individual insolvency cases.
- Handle restructuring and enforcement related legal matters.
- Engage in both contentious and non-contentious insolvency work.
- Support commercial litigation and resolve disputes effectively.
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor with over one year of post-qualification experience.
- Capability to operate within a dynamic legal environment focused on insolvency and restructuring.
- Strong interest and experience in commercial litigation.
