Job Overview
As an Insidesales Specialist, you will be responsible for executing outbound campaigns, primarily targeting customers in the US and Canada time zones. This role entails understanding customer needs, responding to inquiries via phone and email, and ensuring all leads are properly qualified by identifying key decision makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach through cold calls and emails during US/Canada working hours.
- Engage with potential customers to comprehend their requirements and provide necessary information.
- Maintain and research a comprehensive database of prospects, ensuring accurate lead qualification.
- Develop strong knowledge of industry and solutions to effectively address customer objections.
- Delegate qualified sales opportunities to appropriate sales teams for further follow-up and closure.
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the business.
- Manage customer information databases using platforms like Salesforce, CRM tools, and Excel.
Required Skills and Experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with active listening capabilities.
- Previous experience making calls to US and Canadian clients.
- Hands-on familiarity with industry verticals such as ISV Technology, Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI), Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Telecommunications.
- Comprehensive understanding of company service offerings and their market positioning.
- Experience selling IT services across diverse sectors including Healthcare, Life Sciences, Insurance, Telco, Media, High-Tech, BFS, Manufacturing, and Retail.
- Proficiency with CRM and research platforms like Salesforce, LinkedIn, and ZoomInfo.
- Proven track record in identifying and qualifying opportunities, drafting effective emails, and preparing for calls.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to effectively handle objections.
- Capability to multitask, prioritize duties, and manage time efficiently.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with high ethical standards and integrity.
