Inside Sales Specialist

Role Summary

The Inside Sales Specialist will engage directly with students and their families, delivering tailored counseling sessions to comprehend their academic aims and hurdles. This position involves creating and executing sales strategies, monitoring sales results, and enhancing both the sales workflow and customer interaction quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individualized counseling sessions to support students in defining and achieving educational objectives.
• Strategize and implement plans to achieve set sales targets and revenue goals.
• Analyze sales data to pinpoint areas for process and performance enhancement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and improve the sales cycle.

Candidate Qualifications

• Possess a Bachelor's degree or higher education qualification.
• Have 1 to 2 years of professional experience in sales or counseling roles.
• Fluent in both English and Kannada languages.
• Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.

Additional Information

• Work Location: JP Nagar, Bengaluru.
• Employment Type: Full-time, on-site.
• Work Schedule: 6 days a week.
• Compensation: ₹8,00,000 per annum (₹5,00,000 fixed + ₹3,00,000 variable).
• Notice Period: Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
