Role Summary

This full-time, on-site position in Kochi involves managing inbound and outbound sales calls, qualifying leads, nurturing prospects, and driving them to become customers across multiple client projects. The specialist will maintain a robust sales pipeline, conduct product presentations, follow up with leads, and monitor customer engagement using CRM software. Cross-team collaboration and providing timely insights on campaigns and market trends are also essential. Ensuring high customer satisfaction through query resolution and professional communication constitutes a key responsibility.

Key Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience handling inbound/outbound calls, managing structured sales pipelines effectively.
• Expertise in lead generation techniques—prospecting, qualifying, and following up to convert leads.
• Strong customer service orientation to maintain satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Excellent spoken and written communication with active listening capability.
• Experience with CRM or sales management tools and basic computer proficiency.
