Role Overview
The Inside Sales Representative for the EMEA region focuses on generating new revenue by targeting customers within a designated territory or industry vertical. Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, this role carries sales quotas and involves managing complex sales cycles. The position is for candidates residing permanently in Ireland and offers a hybrid work mode for local commutes or fully remote for others.
Key Responsibilities
- Excel in a supportive yet autonomous environment with opportunities for personal and company growth
- Engage potential clients through proactive cold outreach and lead campaigns using phone and email
- Handle the entire sales process from initiation to closing
- Support bilingual communication by interacting with both English and Spanish speaking customers in verbal and written formats
- Schedule regular sales meetings with new prospects weekly
- Ensure all clients maintain active Keeper subscriptions
- Continuously build and manage a pipeline of prospective customers
- Maintain expert knowledge of all Keeper products and stay current on updates and releases
- Participate actively in cold call practices and collaborate with team members for skill development
- Develop and nurture relationships with potential client contacts
- Leverage sales resources to identify and target new business opportunities
- Use Salesforce.com to accurately track pipeline status and account activity
- Coordinate proposal reviews for new sales opportunities
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of three years' experience in software sales
- Proven history selling identity and access management products, specifically privileged access management solutions
- Demonstrated success in selling software within IT organizations
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM platform
- Experience delivering product demonstrations via web conferences
- Consistent achievement of or exceeding sales targets
- Positive attitude, team player, results-oriented, and well-organized
- Ability to work to deadlines with strong attention to detail
- Experience managing full sales lifecycle
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Background or experience in cybersecurity
- Knowledge of Information Security industry highly valued
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Experience with CRM tools, especially Salesforce.com, is advantageous
