Role Overview

The Inside Sales Operator role, based in Dubai, supports the Sales Department by handling order processing, sales reporting, and customer communications to facilitate both pre-sales and post-sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Department through various support tasks.
• Participate in preparing reports and analyzing sales data.
• Process requests for samples and orders, coordinating shipments and informing customers accordingly.
• Investigate and resolve order and inventory issues by analyzing data and order history, finding alternative solutions for order fulfillment, and communicating with management and customers.
• Engage with customers and partners to provide support before and after sales, including cross-selling and upselling of company products and services.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possession of a university degree.
• Preferably 1 to 2 years of experience within Sales or Operations in an international company.
• Fluent command of English language.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to organize tasks, prioritize effectively, multitask, adapt to change, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
