Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the sales team and leadership to organize client appointments, select suitable properties, and manage site visit schedules to streamline sales activities.
• Update and maintain CRM systems by documenting client information, monitoring lead progress, and generating necessary sales reports to aid operational and strategic decisions.
• Interact with potential and current clients to assess requirements, suggest fitting property options, and ensure a satisfactory customer experience.
• Manage client communications including calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings, conduct consistent follow-ups, and develop enduring professional relationships.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must be prepared to commit to a full-time, in-office internship role.
• Availability to commence the internship between September 19, 2026, and October 24, 2026.
• Willingness and ability to complete the internship over a 3-month period.
• Possession of relevant skills and enthusiasm aligned with the role.

Internship Details and Benefits

• Stipend amounting from 30,000 to 40,000 INR per month.
• Certification upon completion and a letter of recommendation.
• Work location options include Chennai, Delhi, Indore, Hyderabad, Navi Mumbai, Mumbai, Noida, Bangalore, Gujarat, and Mandi.
