About the Role
ICICI Lombard is recruiting for the position of Customer Relationship Executive specializing in digital sales through lead generation. This is a fully outbound calling role focused on converting leads into insurance policy sales while ensuring customer satisfaction by matching products to their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outbound calls to prospective clients to drive policy sales.
- Efficiently identify customer needs and suggest appropriate insurance solutions.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Earn performance-based incentives and bonuses above the fixed salary.
Eligibility Criteria
- Completion of graduation is mandatory.
- Strong communication skills in English are required.
- Excellent persuasion and convincing abilities are essential.
Additional Information
- Work location: Vashi, Mumbai.
- Shift timing: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Work schedule: 5 working days per week with 2 rotational weekly offs.
- Salary range: ₹16,000 to ₹27,000 monthly (in-hand).
- Interview process includes two rounds: HR round and Operations Manager round.
