Inside Sales Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking confident, ambitious Inside Sales Executives passionate about sales, preferably with past sales experience, to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Fluency in English, Hindi, Kannada, and Tamil is required.

Candidate Eligibility

• Age between 18 and 30 years.
• Prior sales experience is advantageous though enthusiastic freshers with a keen interest in sales are invited to apply.
• Must possess excellent communication and persuasive skills.
• Ability to confidently engage clients and effectively handle objections.
• A strong motivation to earn and grow professionally in sales.

Compensation and Benefits

• Complete training provided to all selected candidates.
• Competitive salary ranging from ₹17,000 to ₹52,000 per month plus 40% direct incentives upon reaching minimum sales targets.
