Inside Sales Executive

About the Role

Axio Hire is recruiting on behalf of CredenTek Software & Consultancy Pvt Ltd for a permanent Inside Sales Executive position based in CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai. Selected candidates will be employed full-time with CredenTek.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule meetings with potential clients via telephone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach campaigns, and LinkedIn networking.
• Contact prospects to introduce and promote CredenTek's products and services.
• Conduct thorough research on target companies and key decision-makers to generate high-quality sales leads.
• Engage and nurture leads continuously until they are converted into clients.
• Maintain accurate and current customer information in CRM systems and provide daily activity reports.

Candidate Profile

• Any graduate degree is required; an MBA specializing in Sales & Marketing is advantageous.
• Experience ranging from 6 months to 3 years in inside sales, business development, telesales, BPO, or customer support; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are also welcome to apply.
• Excellent command of English, with a confident and pleasant telephone manner.
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn, Canva, and various social media platforms for lead generation.
• Open to candidates from any industry background including BFSI, logistics, pharmaceutical, retail, and others.

Additional Information

• Salary offered is between Rs 2.5 lakhs to 4 lakhs per annum.
• Work schedule is Monday through Saturday, onsite at the office.
• The role requires a minimum commitment of one year of service after joining.
