Job Responsibilities

• Initiate lead generation activities via phone calls, emails, and digital platforms.
• Engage potential clients by presenting and explaining company products and services effectively.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups with interested prospects and current customers.
• Prepare and distribute quotations, product proposals, and information documents.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Record and update customer and sales details within the CRM software.
• Provide prompt responses to customer queries and resolve any issues.
• Establish and nurture lasting customer relationships to sustain business growth.

Required Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication along with negotiation capabilities.
• Fundamental understanding of sales methodologies and customer engagement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM applications.
• Effective follow-up and customer relationship management.
• Ability to perform well in a target-driven work environment.

Eligibility

• Graduates from any academic discipline are eligible.
• Candidates with 0 to 3 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, business development, or customer support.
• Fresh graduates possessing excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.

Compensation & Benefits
