Inside Sales Executive

Overview

AdzoreX is seeking a dynamic and target-driven Business Executive to enhance our sales team. The position focuses on generating leads, engaging with clients, conducting follow-ups, holding meetings, and developing business for our digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and cultivate leads using calls, WhatsApp, social media, and various channels
• Initiate contact and communicate effectively with potential clients
• Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate marketing solutions
• Schedule meetings and manage follow-up communications
• Present our digital marketing services persuasively to convert leads into clients
• Maintain daily records of sales activities and lead progress
• Meet daily and monthly sales and business development targets
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to streamline processes

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence, a positive attitude, and self-motivation
• Genuine interest in Sales, Business Development, and Digital Marketing
• Ability to thrive in a target-driven setting
• Open to fresh graduates; prior sales experience is a plus
• Languages: Tamil and English (mandatory), Hindi (preferred), Kannada or Telugu (advantageous)

Compensation and Internship Details

• Internship duration: 1 month with a stipend of ₹5,000/month
• After successful internship completion, full-time employment offered with a base salary of ₹15,000/month plus performance-linked incentives
• Full-time position depends on performance assessment

Career Progression

High achievers may advance into senior roles such as Team Lead or managerial positions within Sales and Business Development.
