About SaaSWorx
SaaSWorx is a consulting firm that specializes in Salesforce implementations and helps organizations maximize their technology investments. The company collaborates with partners like Salesforce, Snowflake, NetSuite, and Anthropic, serving clients across industries including Financial Services, Retail, Quick Service Restaurants, Private Equity, and Logistics.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Associate to lead top-of-funnel prospecting efforts targeting the US market. The role involves thorough account research, stakeholder identification, and outreach using personalized multi-channel engagement strategies. The candidate will design and manage outbound campaigns to generate qualified meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct deep research into prospective accounts focusing on business priorities, technology stacks, growth indicators, recent developments, funding rounds, leadership changes, and challenges.
- Build and maintain target account lists aligned with SaaSWorx's ideal client profile and focus sectors.
- Map organizational hierarchies to identify key decision-makers such as CIOs, CTOs, heads of Sales Ops/RevOps, CRM leaders, and analytics heads.
- Execute personalized outreach via email and LinkedIn based on account-specific insights rather than generic messages.
- Implement multi-touch outreach sequences tailored to recipient personas, industries, and stages in the buying cycle.
- Engage prospects using LinkedIn Sales Navigator tools including connection requests, InMails, and relevant content interactions.
- Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings for senior sales and delivery teams.
- Plan, initiate, and oversee outbound campaigns targeting specific industries, buyer personas, partner solutions, or events.
- Test and optimize campaign elements—subject lines, messaging, cadence—based on engagement metrics and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership to develop campaign themes, value propositions, and supporting materials.
- Utilize Apollo, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospect identification, enrichment, and sequence management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records reflecting engagement activities.
- Report weekly on key performance metrics like researched accounts, engaged contacts, response ratios, booked meetings, and generated pipeline.
- Share insights about market trends and competitive dynamics with internal teams.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in inside sales, sales development, business development, or lead generation roles.
- Minimum 1 year of direct experience prospecting into the US market.
- Proficiency with sales intelligence and engagement tools including Apollo, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Demonstrated skill in detailed account research and stakeholder mapping in complex mid-to-large sized companies.
- Exceptional written communication skills, able to craft concise, personalized, and professional outreach suited for US business audiences.
- Strong verbal communication aptitude and comfort engaging with senior executives.
- Experience creating and managing multi-step outbound outreach sequences and campaigns.
- Availability to work shifts that overlap at least 4 hours with typical US business hours.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in technology consulting, IT services, or SaaS organizations.
- Knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and complementary platforms like Snowflake and NetSuite.
- Familiarity with sectors such as Financial Services, Retail, Quick Service Restaurants, Private Equity, and Logistics.
- Experience utilizing CRM systems—preferably Salesforce—and email sequencing tools.
- Consistent track record of achieving or surpassing meeting and pipeline goals.
Key Personal Attributes
- Highly curious and research-focused, with the ability to uncover meaningful insights about prospects.
- Self-motivated and capable of managing one's own leads and outreach activities with minimal supervision.
- Analytical and data-driven, using metrics to refine and improve outreach effectiveness.
- Resilient to rejection and persistently consistent in outreach efforts.
- Collaborative, working effectively with sales, marketing, and delivery departments.
Additional Information
- Work location: On-site in Noida, India.
