Job description
Job Overview
This role involves actively reaching out to potential customers to promote services via outbound calls and video counselling. The position is based in Kolkata, West Bengal and requires consistent achievement of predefined sales targets.
Key Duties
- Place over 200 outbound phone calls every day to prospective clients.
- Conduct detailed video demonstration and counselling sessions to explain product offerings.
- Assess customer needs effectively to suggest the best-fitting solutions.
- Regularly update and manage CRM systems with client interactions and follow-up schedules.
- Meet or exceed sales goals set on a weekly and monthly basis.
Work Schedule
The workweek is from Tuesday to Sunday, with shifts running from 11 AM to 9 PM. Mondays are designated off days.
