Job Overview
This role seeks an Infrastructure Engineer based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The candidate must be Saudi national and bring practical expertise in maintaining and supporting server hardware infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform regular upkeep and troubleshooting for server hardware.
- Conduct health diagnostics on hardware components.
- Replace memory modules and storage devices such as hard disks and SSDs.
- Carry out firmware and BIOS updates on servers.
- Identify and resolve issues related to server components and hardware.
- Utilize iLO/iDRAC and out-of-band management tools for remote server management.
- Apply basic Linux system administration and troubleshooting skills.
