Infrastructure Architect (Technical Presales Support)

Role Overview

This position involves collaborating with a team of technical presales experts, SMEs, product principals, and partners to propose comprehensive ICT solutions tailored to client's needs, ensuring cost-effective and successful sales outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and facilitate the solution team in crafting innovative end-to-end ICT offers that align with customer requirements and business goals.
• Collaborate closely with technical practice and competency teams on technologies essential for clients and new growth areas including Automation, CI/CD, Compute, Storage, Hyperscaler, AI, Service Management, and Operations Documentation.
• Manage and assist in preparing solution deliverables such as risk assessments and proposals subject to internal governance and review.
• Stay informed on technological advancements and recommend innovative solutions to enhance user experience, operational efficiency, service reliability, and overall excellence.
• Support technical teams and architecture SMEs through delivery phases to ensure seamless integrated solution architectures while addressing architectural gaps.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, promoting strategic alignment, teamwork, and quality outcomes with an independent perspective.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a degree or higher qualification.
• Have 7 to 10 years of relevant industry experience.
• Hold certifications relevant to infrastructure solution components.
• Ability to obtain necessary security clearance such as CAT1 based on client requirements.
