Reveloop specializes in supporting behavioral health organizations through expert services and customized technology aimed at enhancing financial performance and operational efficiency. Their Revenue Cycle Management team offers comprehensive support including benefits verification, prior authorizations, billing, claims management, payment posting, denial management, accounts receivable follow-up, accounting and financial services designed to optimize reimbursements while minimizing administrative burdens. Additionally, Reveloop develops tailored technology solutions such as workflow automation, analytics, cloud development, and Salesforce engineering to help providers streamline operations and scale effectively. The company's goal is to empower providers to concentrate on delivering outstanding patient care.
Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Lead and guide a technical team of engineers focusing on monitoring, infrastructure management, and automation of deployment pipelines.
- Manage Linux system administration including troubleshooting, system performance optimization, and applying patches across multiple server environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve intricate network challenges involving DNS, firewalls, load balancing, VPN configurations, and LAN/WAN setups.
- Coordinate on-call rotations and escalation protocols to maintain round-the-clock production uptime with minimal disruption.
- Promote continuous enhancement of internal processes and develop self-service tools to reduce manual effort and boost operational efficiency.
- Oversee the design and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines ensuring stable releases and environment consistency from development through production.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and career development support tailored to individual team members’ skills and growth aspirations.
- Advocate for DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles including infrastructure-as-code, system observability, and conducting blameless post-incident reviews.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree or relevant management and IT certifications (e.g., CCNA) are preferred.
- At least 4 years of experience with demonstrated success in leading teams of five or more engineers.
- Strong expertise in virtualization technologies, specifically Proxmox VE, KVM management, and cluster configuration.
- Advanced knowledge of network protocols and management including Routing & Switching (OSPF, BGP, PBR), Site-to-Site VPNs, and SD-WAN for multi-ISP and multi-site failover scenarios.
- Experience administering hybrid cloud environments, particularly Microsoft Azure (IaaS and PaaS) and Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange, SharePoint, and Entra ID.
- Proficiency in managing both Linux and Windows operating systems and scripting capabilities using Python, Shell, Ruby, or Perl.
- Hands-on experience deploying and tuning cybersecurity solutions, including Wazuh for SIEM/XDR functions, file integrity monitoring, and vulnerability assessments.
- Familiarity with unified communications systems and managing cloud and on-premise VoIP platforms such as 3CX and 8x8.
