Role Overview

CAMILLA AND MARC is on the lookout for a seasoned and proactive IT Manager to oversee all technological domains across its retail locations, Head Office, and distribution centers. This role is accountable for shaping and executing the company's IT strategies, ensuring robust infrastructure, bolstering cybersecurity measures, managing ERP and Microsoft ecosystems, and maintaining Apple and Windows device platforms, networks, telecommunications, and providing user support. Reporting directly to senior leaders, the incumbent will ensure smooth daily operations and spearhead technology advancements across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT operations encompassing infrastructure, software applications, and support services.
• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring security and efficiency.
• Administer Microsoft 365 environments with strong emphasis on security protocols.
• Support and maintain ERP systems along with other critical business applications.
• Manage Apple device ecosystems including macOS, iOS, Apple Business Manager, and Microsoft Intune platforms.
• Oversee networking components such as LAN, WAN, VPN, VLAN, Wi-Fi, and firewall technologies ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Coordinate project management activities, vendor relationships, and engage stakeholders effectively.
