Job description
Role Overview
The Information Technology Manager position involves overseeing and managing various advanced IT and surveillance systems to support organizational communication and security infrastructure.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain a strong understanding of sophisticated surveillance technologies.
- Manage and operate multiple camera systems including IP and analog cameras, along with NVRs, DVRs, and Video Management Software.
- Configure and troubleshoot networking components such as TCP/IP protocols, VLANs, VPNs, and related network settings.
- Handle hardware infrastructure including network switches and storage solutions.
- Administer EPABX systems covering both digital and analog configurations.
- Expertly diagnose and address EPABX issues to ensure uninterrupted communication and reduce downtime.
- Possess knowledge of Public Address Systems, including microphones, amplifiers, speakers, mixers, and signal processing units.
