Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated Information & Communication Technology (ICT) Coordinator to deliver hands-on daily ICT support across Torres Shire Council. This role involves managing hardware and software maintenance and offering first-level technical assistance to Council staff. The Coordinator will collaborate closely with the managed service provider Fourier Technologies Pty Ltd to ensure the ICT environment is secure, dependable, and effectively operates following Council policies, procedures, and agreed service frameworks.
