Information System Manager

Overview

Join Hilton as an Information System Manager where you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust IT systems that elevate guest experiences and streamline operations across multiple hotel sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute IT strategies across multiple properties to align with corporate and regional goals in collaboration with the Area Director of Technology Services.
• Ensure system performance and security by managing LAN and network servers, directing upgrades, maintaining directory structures, and conducting preventive maintenance to guarantee reliability and compliance.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges related to personal computing, software, and networking while offering training and support to users for a seamless technology environment.
• Maintain adherence to Hilton Technology Network (HTN) standards by managing IT infrastructure upgrades, certifications, shared resources, and data backup procedures.
• Lead major technology projects such as workstation/server refreshes, Wi-Fi, PBX, and point-of-sale systems installations ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery with minimal disruption.
• Collaborate closely with hotel operations management to maintain critical systems and swiftly resolve IT issues to minimize downtime.
• Supervise and mentor IT team members, conduct performance reviews, and foster professional growth to cultivate a motivated and efficient team.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Possession of relevant certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco, or Microsoft.
• Comprehensive knowledge of IT best practices and hospitality-specific systems.
• Proven leadership and project management competencies.
• Experience in network administration, cybersecurity, and cloud-based technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and effective communication skills.
