Role Overview
We are seeking experienced Information Security Consultants specialized in Cyber and Cloud security to join our team in Auckland, New Zealand. This role demands deep hands-on expertise in cloud and cybersecurity domains to help design, assess, and enforce secure architectures aligned with enterprise standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply practical experience in AWS Cloud Security, including Identity and Access Management (IAM), networking, encryption, monitoring, and implementing robust cloud security controls.
- Manage DevSecOps practices involving CI/CD pipeline security, automated security testing, and vulnerability oversight.
- Utilize comprehensive knowledge of cybersecurity principles, including threat modeling, risk evaluation, incident response, and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct security architecture design, cloud security evaluations, and apply secure design patterns following enterprise security frameworks.
- Employ Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation, alongside container security and automation of security tasks.
- Demonstrate familiarity with recognized security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Benchmarks, and the AWS Well-Architected Framework.
- Effectively collaborate with stakeholders including Security Architects, Cloud Architects, and DevOps teams through strong communication and relationship management skills.
