Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Human Data Manager to join our team on a full-time remote basis. This position entails managing the processes of data collection, validation, and administration to guarantee the precision and usability of datasets utilized in downstream AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update datasets annotated by humans that serve as training and evaluation resources for AI models.
• Examine and verify data labels to maintain consistency and uphold quality standards across various datasets.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to determine data needs and address any discrepancies in annotations.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation detailing data collection techniques, labeling standards, and quality assurance protocols.
• Monitor data pipeline efficiency and implement enhancements to optimize operational performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in data annotation, data validation, or quality assurance workflows is essential.
• Familiarity with data labeling software such as Label Studio or Prodigy is advantageous.
• Competence with spreadsheets, database management, or similar data management systems is necessary.
• Exceptional attention to detail and adherence to structured instructions during data processing tasks.
• Strong proficiency in written communication to document procedures and provide clear guidelines.
